Office OneNote v2606, v2607 freezes when switching to normal pen drawing, and the drawn shapes will appear after respond

Windows 11, Office Home Edition 2024 v2606.

 

Whenever I switch to drawing mode, the whole screen freezes, but the actual operations continue. 

When I wake the screen response, all actions done during the freeze are preserved. Why is this happening?

 

Also, pens like Rainbow, Starry Night, and Laser Pen all work fine, but the regular fountain pen doesn't.

 

I've also tried modifying the registry for hardware graphics acceleration, but it had no effect.
