Office OneNote v2508 (Build 19121.20000) will fix clicking on the Windows folder link fails to open

Starting from July 14, 2025, after Office OneNote was upgraded, clicking on the local Windows folder link on the OneNote page will pop up with the following error, and it will be prohibited from opening.
Your administrator has blocked you ability to open this file type in OneNote
Microsoft will fix the bug in Office OneNote v2508 (Build 19121.20000).
After clicking the Windows folder link, only the Microsoft OneNote security notice pops up.
Microsoft Office has identified a potential security concern.
