Install OneNote directly from the Microsoft Store
If you install OneNote after searching directly from the Windows Store, the scroll bar keeps scrolling and the message reads:Getting ready

Use the OneNote.com installation package to jump to the Microsoft Store to install OneNote
If you are using “OneNote Installer.exe” downloaded from OneNote.com to install OneNote, after jumping to the Microsoft Store, the scroll bar keeps scrolling with the following message:Installing (0%)

Reason
The reason is not known for the time being, but it may be related to the Microsoft Store. This is the case with many app installs in the Microsoft Store.Temporary Solution
