In the General tab in OneNote Options window.
You can find the settings of the default font.
You can set up:
  1. Default font
  2. Default font size
  3. Default font color
 

Scope of Action

 
  1. The default font set here will only be valid for newly created pages.
  2. Pages that already exist are invalid.
  3. The default font of a page that already exists cannot be modified.
 
For existing pages, you can modify the font and font size in bulk through OneNote Batch. Batch set OneNote text font, size and paragraph spacing
