Phenomenon:
Starting in 2025.3.8, when clicking Immersive Reading in OneNote for Windows 10, it will pop up an error message:Sorry, we couldn’t get the right information to show the text correctly.
Error Details

Immersion Reading Error History:
The survey found that from November 2023, immersive reading in Windows Office OneNote began to be unusable. This question has been raised by a lot of people on the OneNote feedback site.
At the time, immersive reading in OneNote for Windows 10 was still working.
Now, March 8, 2025, it's finally the turn of immersive reading in OneNote for Windows 10 that is no longer available.
Cause:
The Immersive Reading feature is actually a web feature, someting have been deprecated in some js files.If Microsoft doesn't fix the errors in the existing js files and replace them with something new, the immersive reading feature won't work.
Temporary Solution：
March 12, 2025, testing found that the Immersive Reader feature of Web OneNote is still working.
