Adjust the Mac OneNote Vertical tab layout to Horizontal tab layout

Mac OneNote provides the option to switch from vertical tab layout to horizontal tab layout.

In the early days of Mac OneNote, the vertical tab layout was divided into 3 columns:

1. Notebooks column
2. Section Groups and Sections column
3. Pages column
