Register OneNote Batch

In OneNote Batch Processor, Click the top left OneNote Batch icon -> "Register" item, in popup "Register OneNote Batch" dialog, input the License Name and License Code to register.
After register success, the license name will be shown in "About OneNote Batch" dialog.
