Windows 8.1 bring back the start menu by taskbar
If we have installed software in Windows 8.1, we can't find the software easily.
We want to bring back the start menu without any tools.

- Right click on the taskbar. On the pop up menu, choose the "Toolbars" -> "New toolbar"

It will pop up a dialog "New Toolbar - Choose a folder", paste follow folder path in path input box.

- Click the "Select Folder" button, and a simple Windows Start Menu will bring back.
