How to Sync Notebook Name after Changed a OneNote Notebook Name?

Question:

I found that I couldn't sync a notebook name to another OneNote app after modifying notebook name in OneNote apps.
How to solve it?
 

Answer:

The same problem was found. None of the modified notebooks in OneNote can be synced to other OneNote apps.
 

Solution:

1. You can modify the file name of your OneNote notebook by changing it in the folder in onedrive.com.
2. Then, on all OneNote apps, close your old-name notebook and open the new one.
