How do I fix it?
Solution:
Replace PrintConfig.dll .
Copy C:\Windows\System32\spool\driversd\{3871D608-B2B2-45AA-91D1-E4C14E216729}\PrintConfig.dll
Replace C:\Windows\System32\spool\driversd\PrintConfig.dll
