If you are using “OneNote Installer.exe” downloaded from OneNote.com to install OneNote, after jumping to the Microsoft Store, the scroll bar keeps scrolling with the following message:Installing (0%)

The reason is not known for the time being, but it may be related to the Microsoft Store. This is the case with many app installs in the Microsoft Store.Temporary Solution
