I've been having a recurring issue with OneNote where the UI just starts flickering and disappearing.
Any ideas out there?

The issue is caused by the conflict between OneNote for Windows 10 and graphic card.

Solution 1:

Switch the UI color to black it is effectively eliminated. You can switch the UI color under ".../settings/options/color".

Solution 2:

Download and reinstall the latest version graphic card driver to fix it.
