Remove OneNote App with PowerShell
Windows 10 Search the web and Windows -> type "Powershell" -> Right-Click -> Run as administrator -> input follow command line
Get-AppxPackage *microsoft.office.onenote* | Remove-AppxPackage
Remove OneNote App in Windows 10 Settings
Windows 10 Start -> Settings -> System -> Apps & features -> OneNote -> Uninstall
Reinstall OneNote App in Windows Store
Run Windows Store, search "OneNote", install it.
