How to moving note container in mobile OneNote?

It is great that one can tap anywhere and start typing, but is there any way to move note container in OneNote for iPad? In OneNote for Mac, you can click and drag on the top border of the note container, but I can't seem to do that on the iPad.

Note container cannot be moved on iPad. But there is another solution to do this.
