​OneNote has provide 16 color for section, we can easy to set section color.
If you want to choose more color, "Gem for OneNote" also provide color box to help you choose more color. 

Rainbow Color Notebook
Rainbow include 7 amazing color: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet.

• The color red stands for enthusiasm, passion, anger, energy and security.
• Orange stands for endurance, perseverance and strength!
• Yellow symbolizes cheerfulness, energy, orderliness and memory improvement.
• Green stands for growth, expansion, health, abundance, balance, fertility, sympathy and harmony.
• Blue stands for peace, tranquility, stability and harmony. It also stands for loyalty and trust.
• Indigo opens the subconscious and is associated with intuition, psychic abilities, wisdom, spiritual attainment, sudden awareness and self-mastery.

Pick Up Rainbow Color from Notebook

"Gem for OneNote" v31 provide a feature to pick up all level 1 sections color from notebook.

1. Select "Rainbow Color" notebook.
2. Click "Edit" tab -> "Change" group -> "Background Color" menu -> "Series Section Color" -> "Pick Up Section Series Color in Notebook".

It will pick up color and ready for "Change Section Series Color in Notebook" and "Change Section Series Color in Section Group" features.

Change Sections Color of another Notebook

1. Now, Select another notebook "New Notebook".
2. And click "Change Section Series Color in Notebook" feature.

Got another Rainbow Color Notebook
Gem will change all sections color in "New Notebook", change them one by one according Rainbow Color, and repeat these color.
